Joining Brella

Brella membership is not automatic. The main purpose of the site is to provide affordable web hosting for artists and arts-related services and to draw attention to the members through the promotion of the site. Members must be able to demonstrate that they can design and maintain a site of reasonable quality and functionality.

Generally speaking, cover bands, commercial artists and the like won't find a home here unless they can demonstrate that their endeavours are predominately creative rather than commercial.

In addition, offensive content, artless political grand-standing and discriminatory material is not welcome. The site is about art, not politics.

From time to time, we hope to produce promotional (and perhaps revenue-raising) items such as music/art compilations and samplers. These will be used to promote both the site and it's members in a sympathetic and symbiotic manner. Material will only be used with the permission of the member.
